WHAT IS CLUB LAGREE?

Our Classes will leave your muscles shaking, your body leaner, stronger and fitter than ever. We blend
hands on instruction and expert routine programming done on a patented mega- machine called the
Megaformer™. At 10 feet long and over 250lbs, the megaformer™ uses a system of springs
and pulleys to work your entire body with adjustable resistance (up to 300 lbs.) The machine paired with the
lagree formula of slow and controlled movements under constant tension makes Club Lagree the best
workout to safely challenge your mind and body.
